Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for all items except custom or personalized items are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the shipping label has not yet been created or the package has not been shipped out.Cancellations for custom or personalized jewelry must be made before the item is created. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled.
Return Policy
Earrings are Final Sale: Please note that all sales of earrings are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if you receive a defective item, experience damage during shipping, or find a mistake in your order, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your package. Contact us via Facebook Messenger or email, and include photos of the issue for our review.
No Refunds for Custom Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for custom orders once the item has been created.
Returns for Other Items: If you wish to return unused or unworn items (excluding earrings and custom orders), please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Refunds will be issued for eligible items, but please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
All refunds and cancellations will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-7 days for processing.
Shipping Policy
- Please allow 1-3 days for processing and preparation before shipping.
- For items that are on either custom, for pre-order, or made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. Most of our products are handmade, so thank you for your patience.
- Shipping will take 2-8 days depending on your location and type of shipping.
- All shipping will be calculated at check out.
- For most items, tracking will be provided. Please check your email for tracking numbers.
- Any free shipping for orders $50 or more is only for the U.S. 50 states and does not include other U.S. territories and islands.
We ship mostly through USPS, and while we take great care in preparing your package, please note that while we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items, we genuinely want to support you! If your package goes missing, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you and explore options on our end.
For orders over $100, we automatically include shipping insurance for your peace of mind. Thank you for your understanding!
