Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours will be accepted if the label has not been created or shipped out yet. 

Cancellations for custom/personal jewelry must be made before product has been made. Deposit is non-refundable. 

Return Policy

No returns and/or exchanges at the moment. All sales are final. 

We conduct quality check ups on all products before packaging and shipping. If your product is defective or if there has been a mistake on your order, please contact us through Facebook messenger or email with photos of the product within 3 days of receiving your package.

Shipping Policy

We only ship through USPS. We will not be responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. USPS is a separate entity from our shop. Once we've shipped out the product, if there are any concerns about the status of your package, we recommend that you first reach out to USPS.

However, for orders of $100+ we do automatically include shipping insurance. Therefore, if you're missing your package, please let us know and we'll contact USPS.
